The mission of creating unique and special moments is deeply embedded in everything Vivara does. Our challenge was to create a communication campaign to promote the brand's first internship program, conveying the entire essence of this traditional company to potential candidates.

To do this, we needed to think about how to create an unforgettable experience that would enchant the candidates from the first contact they had with the announcement of Vivara's internship program.

Our solution

Together, we created a special storytelling for Vivara's internship program.

We studied Vivara's entire essence and used the brand's speech to create an engaging storytelling from the campaign's inception to its culmination. Then, in partnership with Companhia de Estágios, we launched the Shining Talents Internship Program.

The program generated significant awareness, with over 344 news articles published. This led approximately 4,300 individuals to apply for the 11 available positions, all of which were successfully filled.
