Together, we transformed Smarthis’ digital experience with tailor-made technology

Smarthis is a company specialized in RPA (Robotic Process Automation), developing solutions to automate complex and mission-critical processes for large organizations. Its systems help companies such as Coca-Cola, Heineken, and Ball achieve operational efficiency, process standardization, and scalability, reducing manual errors and increasing productivity.

With an increasingly strategic role and a robust client portfolio, the company needed to take an important step forward in its digital presence. However, the previous website no longer kept pace with the company’s evolution in terms of technology or brand identity.

Built on WordPress, the site faced constant maintenance challenges, technical issues, slow performance, and security vulnerabilities. Although it was theoretically editable, in practice, content updates were complex and inefficient—especially across multiple languages, which were not kept in sync.

Additionally, the site’s visual identity no longer reflected Smarthis’s new phase, creating a misalignment between the brand, its message, and the user experience delivered.

Together, we developed a robust, efficient, and tailor-made digital experience: a new, modern, reliable website, fully editable and designed to grow alongside Smarthis.

With a strong focus on performance, security, accessibility, and ease of management, we built a new website editable in three languages. Every detail was designed to solve the issues of the previous site and deliver a solution that truly works for the Smarthis team.

The design was developed through a collaborative process between Jogajunto and the client, ensuring the new visual identity was applied consistently and clearly throughout the entire user journey.

To guide the project, we adopted an agile methodology, delivering value every 15 days and always prioritizing what would generate the greatest impact: first the homepage; then the services pages; followed by the institutional pages; and finally the blog and remaining sections.

With biweekly meetings, we ensured constant alignment, transparency throughout the process, and continuous evolution of the solution.
