Isysmed is a comprehensive medical ERP system that serves clinics and medical practices with solutions such as exam collection, patient call management, inventory control, billing, physician payments, and patient record management.

Despite having a robust product, including its own app, the company’s growth until then had occurred without a structured marketing and communication strategy. The brand needed greater clarity, commercial strength, and market presence to support its next step: growing in a planned and sustainable way.

The challenge was clear: transform a technical solution into a strong, understandable brand that is ready to sell more.

From the very beginning, it was evident that this was not a one-off project, but a continuous journey — exactly the kind of challenge in which Jogajunto acts as a strategic partner.

Together, we started with the essentials: shaping Isysmed’s commercial communication.

The first step was creating an institutional brochure, designed to support the sales team and clearly and objectively translate the system’s key differentiators. A fundamental material to sell better and open doors.

Next, we moved into a deeper branding effort. We updated the entire brand identity, creating a new logo, brand guidelines, and institutional materials, such as business cards. This brought visual consistency, professionalism, and alignment between message and market perception — something essential for healthcare technology companies.

With the brand foundation in place, we moved on to the digital experience. Isysmed’s existing website had performance issues, broken pages, visual inconsistencies, and confusing content.

We completely revamped the website, reorganizing information, improving navigation, and delivering a smoother, faster, and more reliable experience.

This evolution was not just perceptual — it was measurable.

The communication strategy also came to life through in-person events. For Isysmed’s participation in the Brazilian Week of Digestive Diseases (SBAD), we developed the booth design, followed the setup, and handled event management, ensuring the brand was well represented with strong, cohesive visual communication aligned with the new identity.

In addition, we continue to work consistently on the brand’s digital presence, including:

  • Creation of social media content;
  • Blog development, strengthening authority and relevance;
  • Production of an institutional video, connecting product, brand, and purpose;
  • The beginning of the system’s evolution, with a project to transform the app into a web app, expanding accessibility and user experience.

This integrated approach reinforces the importance of a partnership capable of looking at the whole picture — from marketing to technology — and building solutions that sustain business growth.
