Together, we attracted +5,000 visitors from Brazil and abroad

The Gotex Show is an International Textile, Fashion, and Business Meeting that energizes São Paulo's capital every year. In 2024, the event held its 10th edition and attracted more than 5,000 visitors from Brazil and eight other countries.

However, before the event took place, the organization faced some challenges. For this year, they needed to increase by:

  • 72.13% in the number of registrants;
  • 78.46% in the number of unique visitors.

Our solution

Together, we created communication strategies that exceeded the expectations of registrants and visitors at Gotex Show 2024.

We implemented several strategic actions, such as:

  • Active and continuous communication: we kept the audience engaged throughout the year with constant posts and relevant content on social media and email marketing. This way, the client was active on the main platforms, sharing industry trends, curiosities, teasers, and videos of speakers previewing their presentation topics.
  • Warmed-up lead base: we developed a lead nurturing strategy, regularly sending emails with targeted content to keep the audience informed and interested. This action not only kept the target audience updated but also increased anticipation for the event.
  • Exhibitor campaign: we launched a parallel campaign exclusively focused on attracting new exhibitors to the event. The advertising content and messages were specifically crafted to highlight the benefits of exhibiting at Gotex Show, offering a higher return on investment for interested companies.
  • Visitor campaign: three months before the event, we intensified actions to convert potential visitors into confirmed registrants. The communication became more imperative, using mental triggers and calls to action that encouraged immediate registration. The content was designed to increase the sense of urgency and perceived value of the event.
  • Media used: we used an efficient combination of platforms to maximize reach:

    • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to increase engagement and awareness;
    • LinkedIn (organic) to focus on the corporate audience and B2B connections;
    • Google Ads (Search and Display) for capturing new leads and remarketing;
    • Email marketing to convert registrants and warm up old leads.
  • Website optimization: we restructured the visual identity and content of Gotex Show's website to align the user experience with the event's expectations. Key updates included the pages for:

    • Exhibitors, highlighting participating brands and facilitating navigation;
    • Lectures, detailing topics and speakers;
    • Directions to the venue, with explanatory videos that helped visitors locate the official shuttle to the event.

These strategic actions resulted in a significant increase in the number of subscribers and visitors, consolidating Gotex Show as one of the most anticipated events in the sector.

Together, we achieved sensational results

The Gotex Show 2024 took place from August 20th to 22nd in São Paulo. During these three days, the event was a great space for innovation and opportunities.

There were more than 150 exhibiting companies, numerous strategic business meetings, and significant networking opportunities. The audience also enjoyed a program of 11 lectures on fashion, business, marketing, industry trends, international trade, and much more.

The event proved to be so relevant to the textile sector that it received support from renowned companies, including sponsorship from Zhejiang International Trade. The company showcased its latest international trade solutions at Gotex Show's exclusive Business Lounge, focusing on the textile market, offering technical consulting, and facilitating discussions on the topic.

As for the challenges faced by Jogajunto, we exceeded expectations and increased by:

  • 121.4% in the number of registrants;
  • 197.43% in the number of unique visitors.

Once again, in partnership with Jogajunto, we were able to achieve our goals, and it was a pretty high one! Jogajunto did a great job to ensure the success of the event.
