How We Engaged 2,000 Employees in the Launch of Eldorado Brasil’s New Intranet

Together, we transformed Eldorado’s internal communication with technology and engagement

Have you ever faced the challenge of getting employees to actually use the intranet?

Turning it into a truly useful tool—one that employees access every day without feeling burdened—is definitely not easy.

This was exactly the scenario Eldorado Brasil wanted to change.

The company was looking for a different, closer, and more meaningful way to introduce the new intranet, Eldorado Conecta, and highlight its features and internal communication functionalities.

The goal was to leverage the Internal Week for Accident Prevention (SIPAT) to create a real connection between employees and the new intranet’s tools.

We asked ourselves: how can we make the new intranet the star of SIPAT? That’s when the creative team at Agência Jogajunto gathered to design a light, fun, and easy-to-understand experience capable of engaging employees—even with over 2,000 people moving through the event.

Our Solution

Together, we developed an interactive dynamic that generated real results.

We created a corporate game with a fully customized digital interface designed in Eldorado’s visual identity and colors.

The experience blended physical and digital elements: a bingo-like draw with a globe and numbered balls, paired with an online interactive card where each symbol represented one of the intranet’s functionalities.

The dynamic was designed to be fast, engaging, intuitive, and based on rules that everyone already knows from bingo. This sparked employees’ curiosity about Eldorado Conecta and encouraged them to explore the platform after the activity.

Beyond entertainment, the system also served as an educational tool: each symbol drawn became an opportunity to highlight, in a light and playful way, what’s new (and what already exists) on the intranet.

During SIPAT, the activation delivered:


  • 8 sessions across 4 days
  • Nearly 2,000 employees reached
  • A digital experience with real engagement

It was an amazing partnership, and the final delivery was incredible. People are really enjoying the activity, and it has been a great way for us to promote the new intranet. What Jogajunto created worked perfectly and has been extremely helpful in raising awareness of the features within Eldorado Conecta.
